Shat Up does not have access to your card details when making purchases via this website, these are passed directly from Paypal in an encrypted form to your bank over a secure link. Each time you enter your credit card information, the information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.

We offer "one to three day delivery" to any UK address for £3.50.
A Signature may be required for deliveries and goods cannot be left in a porch etc...
After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to us by the courier. If this is so you will be responsible for the associated delivery and return costs.
All deliveries are not time specific and nor can we give an estimated time of arrival.
We do not delivery to PO Boxes or Hotel Rooms for security purposes.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours. Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order and you feel the need to send anything back to us you may do so within 14 days, please send us an email regarding the reason for return within 7 days stating the reason for the return delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are defective and a refund is made. When you send us something back please return unused in the original condition with all labels and packaging, it is important that you ask the carrier to stamp and date a 'Certificate of Posting' on your Return package (part of the receipt note you get with your postage), as this proves that you sent it back to us if it gets lost in transit.
As soon as your return has been processed and checked, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it on straight away 0845 388 2239
If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
We will process your replacement item within 1-4 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it. We'll then email you again when your replacement/exchange order is on its way to you providing we have the item in stock if not you will be notified via email.
We won't charge you anything for delivering your replacement order, and delivery will take as long as it did for your initial order.
If we can't send your requested replacement item, we will refund what you paid to your account. If this happens, we'll email to let you know.
We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it.
After you've received your email, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with.
We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we'll send a cheque to your billing address
* Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge.
* If a discount was applied to your original order, and the refund of a returned item means that the original discount would no longer apply, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect this.
We are sorry, but the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, this will also be at your own cost and we can't refund your postage.
